The meal is a unique immersive dining experience, almost like a show. What sets Chima apart from everyone else is that they've taken that rodizio concept and they've just put that on a high level; it's just top quality

A tony steak house gives South Florida a breezy buffet and selection of rotisserie meats roasted and seasoned to irresistibility. Seductive decor and staff create a mysterious, buoyant chemistry, mixing patrons who don't seem to want to leave, proprietors who are comfortable about what they're offering and a relaxed staff that rightfully feels that rushing through dinner is like skipping foreplay.

From the moment you walk into Chima Steakhouse you know you are going to have a wonderful experience and this is not your typical Brazilian steakhouse. If you have not been to an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse, this is a must for this year.

Chima, a new Brazilian steakhouse in Vienna, has a great look. It is in a hotel and office park, but it is sleek and modern in browns and oranges, sprinkled with fun elements like six-foot tall vases. There's a swank bar and several flat-screen TVs, one of which is on a large transparent panel in the middle of the ballroom-size restaurant and can be viewed from two sides.

From the foyer with its outsized wooden chaise to the dining room -- set off with topiary, a glass-fronted kitcheno a wall of wine and a two-way panel showing Brazilian music videos -- the fresh face makes an impressive fashion statement.

Best Brazilian steakhouse in Atlanta. We have been to them all. Best salad bar, great roasted meats and fish, tables well separated, elegant setting. We will be back for more!

Much applause to you and your excellent staff. Gotten nothing but rave reviews (emails) all day today about the atmosphere, food and service. We so appreciate you....And again, thank you so much for jumping in at the last minute and being so accommodating. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

Already a hit in Florida and Virginia, this Brazilian steakhouse is branching into Philadelphia, Charlotte, NC, and the brand-spanking new Peachtree Road location in Atlanta.

The marketing for Chima seduces us by asking, "Have you kissed a Gaucho lately?" Well, even if you haven't, you'll still love wrapping your lips around skewers of this authentic Churrasco steak.

Besides the flame-grilled goodness, people are already buzzing about the modern urban atmosphere that makes the dining experience special. Chima serves dinner Monday through Saturday, and opens early at 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Bring the sizzle back to dining out at Chima.. An experience you won't regret. A meal you will never forget..

Meat lovers take note- another Brazilian steakhouse has debuted in Atlanta. Chima, located in Buckhead in the former Boi Na Braza location, offers diners an authentic Churrascaria experience.

I had the chance to attend a media dinner there last night. The restaurant's decor consists of items imported from Brazil, including the cowhide lounge seats, wood tables and unique light fixtures. Like at other traditional Brazilian steakhouses in town, there's a gourmet salad bar and specially trained gauchos that carry around delectable roasted meats on skewers which they slice for you at tableside.

So what separates Chima from the ever-popular Fogo de Chao just down the street? Chima offers seafood, making it a good dining destination for those that don't eat red meat.

Our son is home on leave from Iraq, and my wife and I wanted to take him someplace special for dinner. We nailed it when we chose Chima's. This restaurant is, by far, one of thee best restaurants we have ever visited. The food, service and staff was GREAT. It would be absolutely impossible to leave Chima's hungry or disappointed. My wife and I cannot wait to visit again.

I loved my dinning experience at Chima.
Everything was so great and perferct.
The servers ( gauchos ) did an outstanding job of serving me and my party.
The meats are just heavenly and with an respectful taste.
Loved every single detail at Chima. The restaurant is very good looking, the servers are so friendly, the food is great, the brazilian caipirinha is awesome.
Dinning at Chima is out of this world. Just a nice and perfect heavenly experience.

The Brazilian owners have spared no expense in creating an ambiance that fits the food, resulting in a magnificent setting for your dining experience. They have imported a piece of Brazil into the USA by bringing in authentic Gauchos trained in the family's Chima Churrascaria, the most elegant restaurant in Uberlandia.

Chima is a great spot to come with a group. The cuisine is substantial, the atmosphere vibrant, and, if you want to sit back and relax, you can make a night of it. If you do, you won't be disappointed.

The meats are offered with such abandon by circulating waiters that you really have to pace yourself. We did just that on a recent visit and had a superb dining experience.

My daughter and her boyfriend told my wife and I that they were taking us to dinner at some new upscale restaurant. They had just eaten there the night before and were ready to go again this following night. Never in my dreams did I think I would enjoy myself the way we did last evening. I had just finished a 12 hour shift from work so I wasn't ready for much adventure. But Chima Steakhouse changed my mind. We had the time of our life. The food, the atmosphere, the people, the ambiance make for an unforgettable dining experience! Well worth the trip. You will leave full and leave happy!

I took my husband here for Father's Day and it was unbelievable! The service was wonderful, the salad bar was the best I have seen and the entrees were delectable. My Mother in law and her husband joined us for dinner and they thoroughly enjoyed the "event". It was amazing!

Chima Philadephia certainly was the perfect venue to celebrate my aunt's 65th birthday! The food was succulent, the ambiance was chic and the service was unparalleled! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Going to Chima is like going to a theater. The drama is free, you pay for the food. I was at Chima– Philadelphia–on a Sunday evening and the experience was memorable. With more than 40 salad items, great soup and a choice of 16 meat items, even the most sophisticated dining date would be impressed. Wait there is more. It is all you can eat for about 48 Dollars.

And the shiny silver cutlery tells you that this place is upscale and trusting. This place is feast for heart, feast for the mind and a feast to relish – because it is all the meat you can devour and all the trips to the salad bar– two virtues of greed and freedom.

What a great new gem of a restaurant for Philly! dinner last night was an event, and the entire staff made you feel well cared for. Our whole family of 8 all enjoyed the unending selections of meats, and the salad bar was more than well-stocked.
I wish you well in your new location

We had been to another Brazilian restaurant in Seattle, but there is no comparison. Chima was an excellent experience! The service was perfect, especially considering the restaurant had only been open for a few days. The salad bar was a destination in itself, but the meats were just wonderful. We will recommend it to everyone we know and Chima is now our special occasion restaurant of choice!
