Hello,
In the last couple of years, I’ve learned a lot with all of you and also way more about the restaurant industry. thanks to all of you. Throughout 2021 we reached amazing results, and this gives us the confidence to open new locations. Our fifth restaurant will be in Orlando, and it’s scheduled to open in 2022.
Facing all of the “small big changes” we are going through; I would like to share some principles that will provide guidance to all of you already working for CHIMA and to the staff being hired in the future to understand how we think and what we believe in.
Knowing how we think and what our believes are will help to make our internal communication clearer while leaning our team towards the same direction. Transparent communication is also the best way to attract qualified staff members who identifies themselves with our values, thoughts and goals.
Most likely, when reading our principles and beliefs, you will notice that some points are not being followed by everyone, including management. However, these are the principles we must follow and apply on a daily basis. They must be our guidance which will help us make decisions aligned with our values, day after day.
