First – some background on the name, itself. Chima Steakhouse is named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do sul, Brazil. It symbolizes hospitality and friendship. We offer all types of good food, along with impressive hospitality here, so, yes-- we’re living up to our name.

And the food—oh, the food – so plentiful and delicious!

We have over 15 rotisserie meats, including lamb, pork, fish, sausages, and of course sirloins. We feature the following meats:

Our roots are Brazil, so there’s plenty for meat-eaters, but, of course, we also have lots of goodies for vegetarians, as well. We also feature delicious appetizers, a huge salad bar, cold cuts, cheeses, and more. And of course, we have a sweet selection of decadent desserts, along with an impressive selection of great wines and champagnes, and a full liquor bar.  After all, this is truly fine dining in Charlotte at its best.
