Reservations are not required but highly recommended, especially for the holidays and on weekends. Reservations may be made online at chimasteakhouse.com or you may also call us to book it.

All of our locations are wheelchair accessible.

We currently have an option that includes salad bar plus one meat choice (picanha, salmon, or chicken). It also includes the veggies skewer, pineapple cinnamon skewer and side dishes (creamy Brazilian style mashed potatoes, fried polenta and fried banana).

We are able to accommodate many of our guests’ dietary concerns because of the variety of choices we offer. Please speak with the manager prior to each visit.

We  offer a complimentary dessert for the guest of honor. Make sure to sign up to become a Preferred dinner at to receive specials. 

Rodizio is a style of service where our meat chefs (gauchos) go to your table with different cuts of meat. You can try as many cuts as you would like and the same goes to our gourmet salad bar. At Chima each meat chef is responsible for the meat they serve.

Preferred Diners receive a $20 off dinner coupon when signing up. The Preferred Diner also will be added to our e-mailing list and receive information about our events and special offers as well as a special coupon on your birthday. 

Our continuous dining concept does not allow for unused portions to be taken from the restaurant.
