Our restaurant, Chima Steakhouse, originated in Uberlandia, Brazil. This was located in the state of Minas Gerais. In 2004, we brought Brazil to Fort Lauderdale, inviting a new way of dining into the state of Florida. Fort Lauderdale is home to some of the most tasty and memorable restaurants Florida has to offer, but none offer the experience quite as grand and luxurious as Chima Steakhouse.
